These gooey Oreo rice krispie treats are a simple no bake recipe that uses just 5 ingredients. Plus, you can easily make these cookies and cream rice krispie treats dairy-free!
Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper or grease the pan generously with butter.
Roughly chop or crush the Oreo cookies and set aside.
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add in the mini marshmallows and stir with the melted butter until the marshmallows have melted. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Remove from heat and add in the rice krispie cereal and chopped Oreo cookies. Stir quickly until combined.
Pour the rice krispie mixture into your lined pan, sprinkle with more Oreo pieces/crushed Oreos if desired, and use a greased spatula or your hands to gently press the mixture down into an even layer.
Let the Oreo rice krispie treats firm up for 10-20 minutes then slice and enjoy!

Doubling Instructions: Double all ingredients and use a 9x13 dish.Marshmallows: Large marshmallows can be used instead of mini ones.
