Red Velvet Cheesecake Cookies

Red velvet cookie dough stuffed with cheesecake filling!

1. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together

2. Scoop the cheesecake filling and then freeze.

3. Beat butter and sugars together

4. Add egg, food coloring and vanilla extract 

5. Add in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt

6. Scoop the dough and bake an indent in each ball

6. Add cheesecake filling, then wrap to seal the dough

7. Roll each ball of dough in sugar.

8. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F
