Chocolate Biscoff Cookies

Fudgy chocolate cookie filled with a gooey cookie butter center!

1. Combine butter and sugars, mixing until light and fluffy.

2. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract.

3. Mix in the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt

4. Scoop 2 tbsp sized balls of dough and make a small tsp sized indent. 

5. Place one frozen cookie butter ball into indentation of dough.

6. Wrap the dough to seal the balls.

7. Bake for 8-11 minutes at 325°F.
