Best Chocolate Cake

moist, fudgy, & can be made dairy free or regular!

1. Whisk sugar, flour, salt, baking soda & powder, and cocoa together

2. Add in eggs, vanilla, oil and milk

3. Mix in hot water.

4. Divide between two pans and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes

5. Make the chocolate buttercream while cakes cool

6. Assemble the cake, then slice and enjoy!
