Notes
Dragon Fruit: Any variety works, but I find that the red/pink dragon fruits are the most flavorful.Fresh or Frozen: I like to use frozen fruit, as it makes it much creamier, but you can use fresh as well.Mangos: Can be replaced with banana if you prefer.Optional Add Ins:
½ Tablespoon of hemp seeds, flaxseeds, and/or chia seeds
Vanilla yogurt (dairy free or regular)
Maple syrup, honey, or agave syrup for added sweetness
Avocado for added healthy fats and creaminess
Frozen orange slices for a citrusy kick!
Make Ahead Instructions: To prep the smoothie ahead of time, add the portions of dragon fruit, strawberries, and mango to an airtight container or ziploc bag and freeze. When making the smoothie, pour the ingredients into the blender then add milk, protein and any add-ins you'd like.Doubling Instructions: If making this smoothie for two, double all ingredients.
