This recipe makes 2 milkshakes. If making for one, divide the ingredients in half. Add ice cream, mango, salt, milk, and vanilla extract (if using) to a blender then blend until smooth. Depending on your blender, you may need to add more milk if the milkshake seems too thick.
Divide between two glasses. Top with whipped cream or another scoop of ice cream if desired, and enjoy!

MILK: If the milkshake seems too thick, slowly add more milk until your desired consistency is reached. If you add a bit too much, you can thicken it up with more mango.The milkshake will be sweeter if you use sweetened vegan milk instead of unsweetened.MANGO: Add more mango depending on your taste.
