Vegan zucchini muffins

Ingredients needed:

1. Make the flax egg by combining ground flax with water

2. Shred zucchini, pat dry with paper towel

3. Mix milk, oil, and vanilla in a bowl

4. Whisk in the sugars

5. Add in flax egg 

6. Stir in shredded zucchini

7. Add in dry ingredients

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes
