Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies

Stuffed with a cream cheese filling!

1. Make the cream cheese filling and freeze for 45-60 minutes

2. Beat together wet ingredients

3. Add dry ingredients

4. Fold in graham crackers and raspberries

5. Place frozen cheesecake filling in cookie dough balls and cover with more dough.

6. Bake for 9-12 minutes at 350°F
