Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies

Ingredients needed:

Full of raspberries, graham crackers, and stuffed with cheesecake filling!

1. Combine cream cheese and icing sugar, then freeze

2. Beat butter and sugars together, then add eggs and vanilla

3. Add in the flour, salt, and baking soda

4. Stir in chopped graham crackers, then add raspberries

5. Scoop out the dough. Fill with the frozen cream cheese

6. Seal with more dough. Bake at 350°F for 9-11 minutes.
