Oat Flour Banana Bread

Easy gluten free version of a classic!

1. Mash up bananas with a fork

2. Combine 1 ½ cups of bananas with other wet ingredients

3. Pour in oat flour, baking soda, salt, and any mix-ins.

4. Pour the batter into a loaf pan and bake for 55-70 minutes at 350°F
