1. Spread Nutella on parchment, then freeze for 15 minutes
2. Whisk melted butter and sugars in a bowl
3. Add in eggs and vanilla extract, whisk again
4. Fold in dry ingredients until just combined
5. Pour half the batter into a pan, then place frozen Nutella on top
6. Pour in remaining blondie batter
7. Bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes
