Tips for making the perfect brownies

TIP #1

Properly measure flour! Use the scoop & level method or a food scale! Too much flour = dry brownies

TIP #2

Don't over-mix the batter. Stop just after all streaks of flour are gone. 

TIP #3

Don't over-bake! A toothpick should come out with a few wet crumbs - not clean.

TIP #4

Let brownies cool completely before slicing. They continue to bake and set while cooling.
