healthy mug cake recipe

Can be made gluten free and refined sugar free!

1. Mix melted butter or coconut oil, and maple syrup or sugar in a mug

2. Add in milk, cocoa powder, flour of choice, and baking powder

3. Add chocolate chips (optional). Mix well until batter is smooth

4. Microwave for 45 seconds or bake in the oven for 20 minutes

Top with coconut whipped cream or nut butter if desired!
