Dairy Free Muffins

Easy, freezer friendly, no mixer required!

1. Whisk melted vegan butter, eggs, and vanilla together

2. Whisk in dairy free milk of choice

3. Add in flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder

4. Fold in blueberries and set aside

5. Optional: combine butter, sugar, and cinnamon to make streusel

6. Fill muffin liners. Top with streusel if desired.

7. Bake at 400°F for 13-17 minutes
