dairy free biscuits

Ingredients needed:

Combine vegan milk and vinegar to make buttermilk

Add dry ingredients to a bowl, then cut in cold butter

Add in the buttermilk and stir

Flatten the dough into a rectangle, 1 inch thick

Fold one side towards the middle, repeat with other side

Repeat two more times then flatten again

Use biscuit cutter or cup to cut out the biscuits

Brush tops with milk and bake at 450°F for 14 minutes
