Dairy Free Birthday Cake

Funfetti cake with vanilla buttercream frosting!

1. Beat together butter and oil, then add eggs and vanilla

2. Mix in sugar, then alternate slowly adding in milk and dry ingredients

3. Fold in sprinkles, then divide the cake batter between two cake pans and bake for 24-30 mins at 350°F

4. While cakes cool, combine the ingredients for the buttercream

5. Once cakes are cooled, frost and add sprinkles!
