Cookies and Cream Cupcakes

Cookies and cream in every bite!

1. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, sugar, baking soda and baking powder

2. Add the eggs, oil, vanilla extract, milk and hot water

3. Pour the batter into cupcake liners and bake for 11-15 minutes at 350°F

4. Make the buttercream by mixing butter, vanilla, salt, and powdered sugar

5. Add in the crushed Oreos and frost cupcakes once they're cooled.
