Coffee Chocolate Cake

Three layers of coffee flavored chocolate with an espresso buttercream!

1. Whisk together all the dry ingredients for the cake in a bowl.

2. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, oil and milk. Pour in the hot coffee and mix until smooth.

3. Divide the batter between 3 cake pans and bake at 350°F for 20-26 minutes

4. Once the cakes finish baking and have cooled, make the frosting

5. Frost each layer and assemble cake
