Chocolate Coconut Cupcakes

1. Combine dry ingredients.

2. Add wet ingredients.

3. Bake cupcakes at 350°F for 18-21 minutes.

4. Bake shredded coconut for 5 mins.

5. Combine icing ingredients.

6. Frost cooled cupcakes and top with toasted coconut.
