Chocolate Biscoff Cake

Perfect way to celebrate!

1. Whisk together the cake's dry ingredients.

2. Add the eggs, oil, vanilla extract, milk and hot water

3. Divide the batter between 2 cake pans and bake for 20-26 minutes at 350°F

4. While the cakes cool, mix together the Biscoff buttercream.

5. Frost the cakes and decorate with Biscoff cookies.
