Lotus Biscoff Brownies

Ingredients needed:

1. Spread Biscoff on parchment, then freeze for 15 minutes

2. Whisk melted butter and sugars in a bowl

3. Add in eggs and vanilla extract, whisk again

4. Fold in dry ingredients until just combined

5. Pour half the batter into a pan, then place frozen Biscoff on top

6. Pour in remaining brownie batter

7. Top with cookies if desired. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes
