Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Frosting

Moist chocolate cake layers covered in the best vanilla buttercream!

1. Preheat oven and combine dry ingredients in a bowl

2. Add eggs, vanilla extract, oil and milk. Pour in the hot water and mix until smooth

3. Divide the cake batter evenly between two pans and bake for 20-26 mins at 350°F

4. Make the frosting, and assemble cakes once cooled.
